PRIVACY POLICY

EVOKE cares for and protects the privacy of its users, with respect for the individual being one of its guidelines.

The EVOKE website has a privacy policy, which is a set of rules that determines the treatment given to all information provided by the user.

The website uses the IP (Internet Protocol) address and other data obtained from the connection to gather information aimed at improving its users' navigation.

Order Approval and Shipping:

Orders are usually posted within a maximum of 48 business hours after payment confirmation, except in cases of made-to-order products, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances, such as supplier delays, goods rejected by EVOKE's quality department, strikes, or work stoppages by necessary dispatching agencies, such as: Post Office, airports, Customs, Federal Police, etc.

Availability: In cases of exchange or defect, the product may not be available in our stock and may also be unavailable in the supplier's stock. Should this occur, we will contact the consumer who may choose to wait for the product's arrival, exchange it for a similar item from another brand and model, or, if preferred, request cancellation and refund of the amount paid (procedures outlined in the Consumer Protection Code). 

Approval and Shipping of INTERNATIONAL Orders:

Orders for shipment outside of Brazil must be finalized through an Evoke Consultant via WhatsApp, as both the payment method and shipping will be processed differently.

The cost of international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the consumer, both for shipping the merchandise and in cases of exchanges/cancellations. Import taxes, customs duties, etc., may be charged according to the delivery location, and these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is carried out by a carrier, and the cost varies according to each location. 

If for any reason delivery does not occur and the merchandise is returned to Brazil, whether due to an incomplete address, absence of the recipient at the delivery location, or any other address issue, Evoke will not be responsible for shipping refunds or any re-shipping costs.

Cookies:

The EVOKE website uses cookies - files stored in the browser - to better identify the user's profile and optimize the relationship with the customer, as well as their shopping experience. Cookies do not capture personally identifiable information, and EVOKE commits not to share such information with third parties. If the user wishes, existing cookies on their computer can be deleted, through the browser, whenever necessary.

 

Obtaining and Using Information

All data provided by the user on the EVOKE website is confidential and will only be used for the delivery process, billing, or for participation in promotions requested by the user themselves.

The data requested at the time of customer registration on the website is necessary for payments and for orders to be delivered securely, at the specified location, and within the established deadlines.

The user declares to agree with EVOKE's policy for obtaining and using information and is aware that it may be used for communication of any kind between the brand and themselves.

The user guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information and data they provide to the EVOKE website, assuming corresponding responsibility if they are not accurate, and also undertakes to keep them updated. The EVOKE website assumes no responsibility in case of inaccuracy of the provided data.

The EVOKE website guarantees the privacy of its users' personal data stored in its database, committing to use technology that is sufficiently adequate for the protection of such data, seeking to maintain a secure environment, with the use of appropriate tools.

EVOKE's partner companies may confirm the personal data provided by the user by consulting public entities, specialized companies, and databases, for which they are expressly authorized. Such action, however, does not cease or diminish the user's responsibility regarding the accuracy and veracity of the data they provide, which is why the EVOKE website may, at its sole discretion, suspend and/or cancel the user's registration at any time if it detects any inaccuracy.

The user undertakes to use the information made available on the EVOKE website in accordance with the law, these terms, and other notices, usage regulations, and instructions made known to them. In particular, the user undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, transform, or modify the content of the EVOKE website, unless they have prior authorization from the website or are legally permitted. Likewise, they undertake not to suppress, manipulate, or in any way alter the copyright and other identifying data of EVOKE's rights, as well as the technical protection devices, digital marks, or any information mechanisms that the website may contain.

 

Sending Communications and Advertising Messages

EVOKE may send communications and advertising messages to its registered users on the website, or customers in general, using all types of available technologies and communication means, whether by email, SMS, MMS, direct mail, or any other means.

Communications, newsletters, offer notices, and advertising messages sent by email will mandatorily include an option to cancel the sending of that type of message by the EVOKE website. The request will be fulfilled within the minimum time necessary for this execution.

Opt-out is done through the user's email; therefore, users with more than one registration may continue to receive communications or advertising messages at the email address that is not deactivated.

The email address used at the time of registration will be used to send communications throughout the purchase process, such as information about customer order details, order status, and delivery, as well as discount coupons and exclusive promotions. Therefore, it is recommended that the EVOKE store be added as a trusted sender to prevent such messages from being intercepted by Anti-Spam.

Seeking continuous improvement, EVOKE may change its privacy policy at any time, and such changes will be disclosed on the website.

By using the services of the EVOKE website, the user agrees to and accepts the terms of the privacy policy in force on the date of their access, and it is their responsibility to check it beforehand each time they visit the website.
