The Tomie Othake presents the exhibition "In the Garden of Eden," the photographer Christian Cravo . The exhibition shows pictures taken in black and white, large, deep devotional respect of Haitian Voodoo practitioners - the official religion of Haiti - with elements of nature, especially water from rivers and waterfalls. The photographer held since 2001, more than 20 trips to Haiti, which resulted in 60 images that make up "In the Garden of Eden." The photographs in the exhibition were selected his third book of the same name, which will be launched at the opening, containing the complete series of the photographer on Haiti. The inauguration is on Tuesday, 07 (for guests) and runs until January 30, 2011. Born in 1974 in Salvador (BA), Christian Clavier is the grandson of the sculptor Mario Cravo Junior and son of photographer Mario Cravo Neto.
